I do this more part time-y but QBC takes away the big stressors of turking.

Anyone have to do the Bonus task for Picture It MIT? I didn't get to submit on time because it took way longer than the estimated 15 mins, at least for me, but I see that they have to give you a qual for it. I've messaged them but they haven't responded yet.

Mine took 19 minutes, but I had time on my HIT for it. Sorry I can't be of help about the bonus HIT. It was a garbo experiment since I kept seeing things that I couldn't find in their grid.

I'm assuming it's a comp HIT because it says sorry about the MTurk bug. Yeah, it sucked there were many images that were so fast I couldn't even see and some of the images stayed up for a ridiculously long amount of time I thought it froze. Just gonna wait and see what they say.

 

Oh, good, it wasn't just me. I thought my computer was acting up because my fans were running like crazy. I kept going to different tabs while I waited for things since it was just so weird.

Pros:
Straight forward case, with interesting videos and diagrams. I think you will be more entertained than sad during this Jury Duty. It can be done faster if you are a fast reader.

Cons:
There is a timed portion, as there are are over 10 witness testimony videos that you have to watch, with an additional 4 videos at the end of the evidence presented. The comprehension (attention check) questions are based on some of the things said in the videos so I'd suggest that you pay attention while viewing.
