    So I somehow managed to hurt my neck while sleeping Wednesday night. Didn't think much of it seemed like the kind of thing that usually works itself out over the day. Not the case this time, got progressively worse through the day and overnight. Currently struggling to hold my head up and I have a dentist appointment in less than 2 hrs
