    Stay safe if you live in North CA today. My city has the moderate warning for floods, somewhat further away from big bodies of water, there are two more stages higher than ours. Yesterday's break from rain gave some room, so hopefully things won't go as bad. Cross fingers. Driving is still a bad idea.
