How many episodes have you seen to make this determination? I have to disagree, but if you only saw the first one or two episodes of the reboot, I can understand where you got this idea from.

Meth(od) Head Hobos or the sad dog from a mile away when you're on the farm! Also, your dreams sound like the waking nightmares where you're still in REM that Matt has. His parents thought he was bonkers before night terrors/waking nightmares/other shitty sleep issues were widely known about. The waking nightmare ones often cause you to feel like intruders are there of that you/re being smothered cause your body still has depressed breathing so you're wonked the fuck out lol. I just have re-occurring nightmares where my hands are replaced with useless cooking utensils and I need to cook a huge meal or that lamb cop is trying to murder me for eating lamb.

If you're bored one day, give the reboot a try, it is 180 degrees different from the original series. I have trouble watching the original as well, because it's so generic and boring.

Good morning everyone! Was in Atlanta jamming to one of my favorite bands this weekend, then ran home (9 hr drive thru the night) to go see a local music fest. Turking money got me all of it and I am so grateful. <3
