Lol I saw that survey and noped tf out of there.

 

It was a survey, but they wanted you to print it out, fill it out, and then scan it back in.
Not a big deal, really, if you have a printer/scanner. And the actual survey itself was quick and simple, a couple minutes.

 

It is your life. You feel free to work and live the way you want. But I consider that a major invasion of my privacy. In turkerview there is a category for extta/downlonds/unreasonable. Just a thought.
