Mine is fine. But I also leave all my stuff open constantly so I'm not sure if that could be why. Sorry I'm no help.

 

OK. I uninstalled PC and PC helper. I refreshed my PC window and it went back to normal. I looked back at my dashboard and see a different version of PC still installed. I redownloaded PC helper and everything is back to normal. I wonder how PC got downloaded twice and was overlapping itself on the screen making it useless......very strange. Thanks @Ann43010.
