Not sure how your husband does his taxes like if it's W2 income or self-employment income, but you should look into whether he can increase his withholding if that's a possibility. Doing so can help offset MTurk tax liability in the future.

Our incomes have been changing over the last couple of years. We both worked regular full time jobs and had 2 businesses, then I quit my job and we sold 1 business, then I started turking and now he is selling the other business. We have a lot of write offs (mortgage interest, donations, ect) and take home office, etc. He makes good money and has quite a bit taken out in taxes so it does help to offset the taxes.
