    I get it. My sister used to own a Quizno's. I was her assistant manager and our other sister worked with us. She got into an argument (a bad one) with another employee and I had to threaten to fire her. It's definitely not easy, but you have a business to run. That's gotta be the bottom line.

    I mean the fact you are trying is really nice and I'm not saying don't...but

    Business is business and when you hire an adult they know there is requirements to keep being paid. At some point you have to accept the person isn't working out.


    It took me a while to adopt this mentality when I was working at a Rooms To Go warehouse as a manager so I understand it.

    don't follow enough to know road vs. home uniforms, but it makes sense that there would be ones to change into if the colors are too close.
