Some people should not be pet owners...at least this one took the pup to a shelter instead of mistreating it for its whole life

This is why I can't go to shelters. It would've come with me and I would have been overwhelmed with two dogs.

 

What? That's the owner's fault! Leave stuff out where they can get it and you're the problem, not them (train them better!)

Not the same cuz I can't train this one, but...I still have her after this She didn't even get into trouble.
