    Yeah, but we don't have a choice since the doctor told her she had to change diets. It's sorta...not an option at this point.

    Super low sodium, no white sugar...no white starches and no caffeine... all kinds of restrictions. I'm just going to do the change with her.

    Except for the caffeine I need it to live.
