You can download AutoHotKey and use this script to Press Alt+1 for the first optin, Alt+2 for the 2nd, ect. My average time is down to like 5 or 6 seconds, which doesnt make the hourly bad!

Alt+2, click, Shift+Enter should be the most efficient way to do it, I think
