    Just came up from the leasing office and they took off most of the charges, but is still saying I owe them a little over $700. Which amounts to almost 2 whole months of rent. I pay a fixed base rent + $50 pet rent + water/sewer that changes monthly based on usage, but generally is around $70-$80 each month. $700 is little over 1 and a half months of rent for me.

    I brought out my phone to log in to the 3rd party biller for my water/sewer to show them what they said I owed for each of the last few months and for each month I added up the fixed base rent + $50 pet rent + that month's water/sewer bill, which matched exactly to what the ledger says I paid for that particular month. I never had a problem with late fees or such an alleged outstanding balance until my lease expired due to the Housing Authority being so inept.

    I've never been late on a single bill of any kind or even asked for an extension in the nearly 12 years since I've been on my own and is something I take great pride in, which I mentioned to them. My credit score is 794 which is very decent, especially bc I only have credit cards and no other types of loans.
