    This has been a while so I can't remember the full conversation but basically, they offered bonus pay if you shared a few things. They would email a form and you would fill it out with things like when your family first came to the states, etc. I shot them an email and offered to do it and they said they had "Enough Irish potatoes at the moment but would get back to me if they needed more"

    Yep, calling you a butthole was certainly a bad move on his part!!! I suspect it's because he might be one himself. No PhD can make an ash a nice person!
