I know the daily thread tends to be casual and even silly, but there are a lot of great people here that are more than willing to listen to you if you feel like you need to talk to someone. Even though I don't personally suffer from mental illness, mental health is something that affects us all, and I would just like to do my part to help remove any negative connotations associated with mental illness.
