    The junior pool is new. They added it to give new qualified workers a chance to get familiar with the game before joining more experienced players. Since you've never played the actual game after getting qualified they're giving you the chance to get good at it through the junior batch.

    They posted a qual, said they'd be running it again tomorrow so may wanna keep an eye out b/c idk if old folks get to keep their qual or not? I missed if he said yes/no to that

    the task explicitly said to do it if you had the qual

    he also said something to the effect of "we'll make sure all the old workers will get a chance to do the qual" so you likely need to do it.
