That was definitely my fault tbh! My dough wasn't quite rested enough, so it wasn't really cooperating well enough to be skinny at the time, was too elastic and I didn't realize until it was too late. I'm probably gonna rest the dough in the fridge for at least a few hours next time I make them, cause ma glutens were not playing well with others on this one. They also puffed up more between when I first rolled them and shaped them vs. by the time I was dunking them. It's all good, tho! For a first attempt, it turned out fairly well I'd say. @Buntastic always low key hopes for a disaster of epic proportions but I usually just barely manage to fix my own fuck ups.

I do have Sfogliatella on deck in the next 2-3 weeks! I'm making croissants this week and some braided babka (I'm aiming for the fancy braid, so look out for a total nightmare dough monster at some point LOL) so I should make some half baked attempt at it soon
