    Can you tell if it's just a one $6 hit causing the discrepancy? If it is, this has happened to me a few times. In a few hours it catches up with each other and becomes the same.

    If it's a gazillion MLDs that's causing the discrepancy then I'm not sure. (Most likely will still catch up with each other in a few hours though - best guess.)

    Thank you so much for the info. I did look and it seems it is a glitch. I was going to the HITS page and it said the correct total but the dashboard says a lower amount.

    I've had this happen various times if I have multiple tabs/windows of mturk open. I'm not sure what the actual trigger is but it's not uncommon.

    Usually closing all but one tab/window and reloading it will usually fix it for me. As long as the total is correct under the approved hits for the day you should be good though.

    edit: or under hits submitted for the day I guess.

    Each one is a different person. When you catch it, there is a small picture of the person that is talking to the group. Honestly, if your not using one of the paid scrapers you will never catch one... they are awesome though. Super easy and the discussions are so slow I can sometimes multitask the conversation.
