If you have any muffins or cakes, I would recommend making a glaze for them with some of the rum. Rum, powdered sugar, vanilla (or whatever you have) extract, a splash of water to thin it out if you need, and some lemon or orange juice and/or zest if that's your thing. Pour hot glaze over fresh muffins and enjoy
