His mom owned a restaurant. He's not entirely incapable when it comes to chopping and stuff. He's actually more efficient with dicing and prep work than I am cause it was his chore for years and some crazy person let him work in a kitchen during college.

Don't get me wrong, he can't cook worth a damn, but taco bake is usually not past his abilities. Just be prepared for it to take 2 hours for a meal I could get done in 30. It's always perfectly even though! I think it's the only thing he has ever cooked for me in 3.5 years.

I used to cook a lot more, I enjoyed it but hated chopping, etc. Now, unless it involves the grill my wife is like... GET OUT.
