Oh I know. People should use HF and if not that, at least be on TH/MTC.

 

Hah yeah I actually went to college for Computer Networking so I know how shit wifi is.. (Or rather how hard it is to make wifi actually good) so I always just suggest wired whenever possible. You can get ethernet cables for really cheap anyways.

I tried to not look biased by saying MTC first.

 

Thanks, I am clueless as I have said before with this stuff so I didnt even realize it could make such a huge impact. Still order a new router cause his is shit, and we are getting multiple long cords so we can move the router and also I can hook up directly.

My wifi (depending on what access point I am connected to) normally is ~20-75mbps while wired I get ~240mbps.

I like these Dialogue Systems hits- not great money, but different and sort of fun- I can't get through now and I think it's because we are on Ooma now. You have to be in the US and I guess they can't verify Ooma numbers are from US... Been doing these for years when they post.
