This Master Suite is five times larger than my house.

Almost anemic.

Need at least 1 guest bathroom for parties. Plus one for a pool. Plus one for the dicoteque.

I'd say they're a little short. 16 beds and 32 baths sounds about right to me.

The only part I like about that is the ceiling. Everything else is gaudy.

 

Pretty close. I have heat and sanitation. I'd say I could fit 5 of my rooms into this suite if you count the likely walls behind the photog.

I've lived in a few studio apartments. They mostly come with paper thin walls. That's the biggest problem I always had. In college I was always at class, studying, or working, so I didn't need anything except a shower and bed. College chics have really low expectations too.

Good help is hard to find these days... 19 baths I am sure wouldn't help the situation on getting a maid front even if the help gets their own private bathroom.
