Well I for one can recommend it. Provided you don't spread it too thick! It was the food of my generation of Aussies, I think I had vegemite sandwiches for lunch at school for probably 13 years straight at school. Which looking back now is a very limited food experience. But I failed the nation and my kids wont eat it. They love PB&J

 

I have zero idea what it taste like.. but as an outsider.. it LOOKS gross. Sorry.
