I already did that long time ago. And the answer I got is " Every so often, the researchers review the data and re-assign qualifications based on past performance and data quality. For now, the best thing to do is to accept as many surveys as you can, and to complete them to the best of your ability."

I didn't know that so many people have this qual. We should seriously do something about this. Like I said before, got this qual one week after creation of my mturk account. And I see new turkers already have qual 1. I just don't get it.
