It's probably going to expire because it's late and honestly, communication is a toss up with them. Last time I was 40 minutes into it when it just stopped and I couldn't continue. I emailed and had to keep hounding to get a response and then just asked them if they weren't going to pay me at least delete my data because I had picked up the same HIT again but couldn't retry (this was a $15 hit mind you) since I had already started it before. Finally ended up emailing both memorylab@psych.upenn.edu and kahana@psych.upenn.edu only to be told that yes my side shows I did it but they can't find any of my info so I haven't been paid, this was last month. I picked up that 7.50 HIT today and tossed it because I saw all the errors on the return reviews and figured it wasn't worth doing all that work and MAYBE get paid. At least you can send an email and cc kahana@psych.upenn.edu to see if you get a quick reply. If not try including the IRB next time, that's my next move. Hopefully you get a response and your money.

 

Thanks for the info. The email he lists is different from the one you posted - but I did email 3 times hoping for a response. They give you one of those error code messages and say to give them that info for compensation - so i hope I at least get that. This day can't end soon enough for me.
