oof. Hope you feel better. I have a really temperamental stomach too, so I always down a gallon of ice water to avoid the feeling of just the stomach acid. That and it's always pretty relaxing to have an icy waterfall to shoot out of my face into the porcelain throne.

 

Thanks, I just went too long in between eating anything that can soak it up. After 7 years you'd think I would know better lol

 

Hopefully it's going to be a decent day. Really going to need it after being out of power the last few days ><

 

I think I prolly have undiagnosed GERD based on the assassination attempts what my stomach tries each and every morning. It's like I can't even move and even sometimes I get chills. I haven't puked acid yet though.

 

It's almost everyone's bed time, folks! The bright moon will rise in like a hour and a half!

 

Bigger killer for me is 7 years ago I had a VERY bad episode and my gallbladder was completely blocked so they had to remove it. So I process acid and stuff a lot worse than a normal person. They told me had I waited too much longer to go to the ER I'd have been dead.

 

So hopefully we get some Z's again

Cheating death right there. At least you're alive. I think going low carb has helped me control my acid since I don't eat a lot of acidic stuff. (No tomatoes or citrus)

It scared the crap out of my then-fiance and soon as I was out of the hospital she made us go get the marriage license and ended up married that day, a lot sooner than planned, just because she got scared. I was so doped on some really intense pain killers still so I barely have any memories of that day sadly
