    I mentioned it a while back but I go through like...month-long phases.

    The world is wonderful and I sleep great and then...the insomnia nation attacks. I woke up like 15 times last night.

    Considering I went to bed at midnight and "woke up" at 7am doesn't really help. I laid in bed for 2 extra hours but eventually gave up on sleeping.

    I've considered it but never tried. However, I'm not really a...doctor person so I tend to only go if it's basically debilitating (like for my hand eczema, I sorta have no choice)

    I probably should at some point.... working from home full-time does make dealing with insomnia a bit easier though. I just drink 3-5 pitchers of coffee.

    I'm not a doctor person either, but a full night sleep is awesome. 10/10 worth it in my book. And I think they have "take at home" sleep studies now.
