Anyone catch the minu kumar HIT and after several pages it tells you that you are not eligible because you didn't agree to participate? I went though the survey twice (out of my own curiosity of what I could have missed) and there is nothing to click or no answers that need to be given, besides that you acknowledge you are agreeing to participate by clicking the forward arrow, the standard stuff....
