I've been getting that dam error all morning for the three straight day. Ugh. I've been tweaking my settings all week without any consistent success. 10am-4pm seems to be the worst for me, but I also received the error a few times after dinner last night. I caught a $1.00 15-minute survey and it might be the last HIT I ever do. Seeing the sad state of turk, and knowing I could go out and get a labor/service job while many of you cannot, I don't feel right taking from the ever-shrinking pile of paid work here.

Don't you just love when a memory study states "If performance on this task indicates your effort did not meet the minimum performance standards needed, you may not receive payment", and it pays 6.65/hour... I'm not spending an hour on a study with that hourly rate, and the risk of rejection. Too much mental effort with the risk of not getting compensated. Hard pass.
