me to only this neighbor really despised me so of course had to embellish and said all three of my children were playing in a major intersection. Now I lived in a corner house in the suburbs on a street with only traffic from residents. But what really made the CPS worker who showed up at my door role her eyes was that my children were 7 and 4 years old and 2 months old. even if the older two wandered to close to the corner no way the baby did.
