    I'm not getting a lot of notifications in QBC. Like I randomly refreshed my queue just now after not submitting anything since my last review 43 minutes ago and I have something in my queue, added 6 minutes ago. I didn't get a ding or anything. This isn't unusual, but I do sometimes get notifications. I can't find settings specific enough to warrant this so I'm confused.

    I have the same issue, along with it spitting back various errors every few minutes. Restarting QBC tends to fix it for a little bit.
