Yep! 100% it was the dude rapist duck that we ate. He turned out mega flavorful and the skin was very crispy. We saved the fat so we can do duck fat fries (he was VERY fatty which made me realize he had a good happy life). We have the legs for tonight and plan on turning the carcass into duck stock. We saved a lot of the wing feathers so I sanitized and cleaned them to turn them into ...something? idk yet what I want to do with them but since it was the first real 'kill' on the farm I want to commemorate it. We should have buried the head but we were so busy at the time that we just tossed it in the trash with the other ofal.
