If you're using MTS, then go back and get the code that was provided from the end of the survey. Make sure it's the correct code (we've all ((except maybe Dear Leader)) had that moment of copying the wrong code into a HIT), and resend it to them. If that doesn't work, contact the supervising professor or IRB about the issue... but only if they don't write back... AND if you really care about your 97 cents.
