    If you recall I have been learning more and more about rip rap and rocks than I wanted to, NOW I am even more confused, we have quotes coming in and they are ranging DRASTICALLY from $11,500 to $25,500! UGH I wish I knew someone who wasn't invested in the project who could tell me what this is REALLY SUPPOSED TO COST. I don't want to pick the cheapest and be disappointed as well as pick the most expensive and get ripped off.
