    I don't use it but would depend on your cats. Try compressed air first and see if they react cause if they don't, I doubt this will help.

    Skeeter realized he could jump the backyard fence by getting on top of the garbage can and hurling himself over the fence. He then went to the front door and barked to be let back in because he had nowhere to go, he just wanted to test the fence I guess.
