4.5 hour timer, so you can wait to do this and/or take breaks in between each task.

The requester knows that this study will take a while, and provides a timer on the top left with accurate progress counters. Whether that is motivating or not depends on how you look at it.

There are a LOT of bonuses available if you can complete all the parts and do well on them. Each part of the study gives $5, so if you complete all parts, you'll get $5 + $10 in completion bonuses alone. You'll also get performance bonuses that can make this somewhat okay.

Cons:
The study is always going to be forced fullscreen, and considering how long the tasks will take, you will want some form of entertainment going on in the background. Make sure that entertainment will last, because the requester warns you that if you exit fullscreen at any point, the study will end prematurely.

There are three parts to this study, but you can only do them all if you perform well on the study:

The first part has you determine how much a house would cost to rent for a month. You're given 500! images to go through in 10 blocks of 50, with a slider for every single image. This part gets tedious real fast, real quick, and the images take a while to load in, so you're going to spend quite a long time on this. This took me 34 minutes.

The second part has you determine which house out of 3 your client would like based on ratings and price. Don't overthink it, as you only need to think about the ratings and price, not the house itself. There are 530! trials where you have to rank three houses in 10 blocks of 53. For every 30 trials you get right after 175 correct, you get $1 as a bonus, which comes out to a rate of 3.33 cents per correct trial, so it is worth it to take your time here. There are really short timers on each page, but it shouldn't be too much of a hassle. This took me 55 minutes, and I got ~330 trials correct, so my expected bonus is $5.18.

The third part is exactly the same as the second part. 530 trials in 10 blocks of 53, except the pay rate is now increased to 20 correct trials for $1, or 5 cents per trial after 175. You're expected to do better here, and the bonus will be more worth this grind. This took me 56 minutes because I started to wear out, and I got ~450 trials correct, so my expected bonus is $13.75.

In conclusion, this HIT is only worth it if you're confident in keeping focus all the time and not getting distracted by anything. I wouldn't exactly recommend doing this, but if doing mentally intensive tasks for hours is your favorite, then go for it.
