    My 30 second, I have a queue full of hits, healthy cooking advice is to plan your meals for the week on Sunday and do any prep that you can then. Half the battle of eating healthy, at least for me, is that it requires extra time and I'm busy during the week.

    And buy the generic plastic rolls on Amazon. Food saver bags are crazy expensive and defeat the purpose of buying in bulk on sale

    That's what I usually do too. Especially helpful when mad batches drop and you don't have time to go cook lunch, but you can quickly heat up something you already made for the week :emoji_sunglasses:

    I found a great deal on Amazon. 100 pre cut bags for cheap. They seal and reseal great. I always seem to cut way more than I need with the rolls lol.

    I think the food saver will help a lot. I have tried to get into buying meat in bulk but have always run into problems with the freezer bags or containers not doing their job
