    My air fryer has racks with holes in em so no flipping required. I only flip stuff if it's on a normal baking sheet/pan/traffic sign/whatever I toss food on to cook

    Do you have a convection oven? The pan can obstruct heat which makes flipping necessary sometimes, having a rack allows air circulation :emoji_wink:

    The holes on the racks are small so I can toss almost anything on it and clean it up afterward. Dishwasher safe too.

    My brother bought an air fryer and he made wings in it, they were good but the texture wasn't amazing. I was expecting some crispness to the skin but didn't get much. The clean up also seems to be more annoying than stove top frying or even oven frying. I'm not sold on air fryers. I guess I'm missing something since I've been seeing people praise them left and right.

    Oh, and since the original question was about wings: I've made wings in this one and it works fairly well. I do the actual cooking at a lower temperature and crank it up at the end for crispiness. No flipping for me because I'm too lazy for that. I just want to put raw food in and get cooked food back with little or no effort on my part.
