I saw a video of a pastor where he said Jesus will blow the virus away. But you still need to go to church so he can blow it away. I'm sorry, if a pastor is saying this, you are not a church...you are a greedy money-hungry "church" you do not care for your people. IMO You do not need to go to church to know The Word. As well as technology is amazing now...FB live is a great tool for people who are able to "attend" church for now.

 

The problem though is there are so many people that really think god will protect them, I don't understand it, but I'm not religious so...

totally agree our church and I'm sure many others have done what they can to keep people connected and still feel like a community right now while maintaining social distancing and modern technology has made that much more possible than it would have been even 10-20 years ago

 

It's a very stressful time for many people, and religion has always been comforting to many. That's all I will say on the subject because I can feel @ThisPoorGuy having an aneurysm from this entire conversation all these states away.

nice way to start the day off...I had to go to the store since we were low on ground beef and this was on sale...2 people go, 2 beef are allowed...2 stores in the same area...20 lbs of beef! My bun bun(see picture) is sick, anemic, bad kidneys, trying to figure out what's wrong. Wife took him for an ultrasound, expensive to own pets(probably cost us over $1k based on all the stuff we're doing) but hopefully we can get an idea of what's going on with him and fix it! Poor little guy.
