No, I use MTS's Hit Catcher. I just installed Panda Crazy. I'm assuming my queue is supposed to be shown at the bottom under 'Queue Watch'? It's not displaying anything, but I may just be doing something wrong because I've never used Panda Crazy. Anyhow, my queue seems to be working again but every now and then I'll get the error message and it seems to correct itself within 5-10 minutes. I'm thinking it's something on Amazon's end. Looks like I'll just have to deal with this issues for the day, I just hope that whatever Amazon is doing, they finish it quickly because I've already had some potentially good hits expire on me.

EDIT: Nevermind, my queue is now displaying on Panda Crazy. I'll use this as a workaround for today, and continue hoping that this corrects itself tomorrow.

 

Yes, then pay the premium qual fee so the worker doesn't have to waste their time. That is the reason it is there.

They are requesting data from you and then filtering you out based on your response. What don't you get about that? Its literally the same thing as underpaying, except paying you nothing.

Its is 100% a requester problem in the fact that they choose NOT to pay you. There are options to do so an yet they don't take it because it is cheaper and easier.
