Food cooked w/ a microwave isn't very healthy. It's best to cook in an oven if you have the time. Just remove all plastic or cardboard.

 

A lot of it is steamfresh veggies that can only be cooked in the microwave, for the meats I oven bake them and then microwave since I usually don't have a lot of time.

 

My brutha buy fresh veggies they are delicious!
