@Hummingbirdee the cheesecake the lady made for my husband was soooo good. She used fresh blueberries and the first cut I made hit a blueberry and it squirted juice all over my white church shirt. She said when she gets done baking the cheesecakes, she turns the oven off and just pulls the rack out a little bit. She leaves it on the rack to cool down. She said that keeps them from cracking too. Maybe next year if I combine everyone's advice, I'll make him the perfect cheesecake.
