Some of these study topics are so interesting that I get lost in the writing, spending too much time collecting my thoughts and writing little "essays" till the timer expires. Sometimes I wish they would give more time. Why don't they? — I'd accept being woefully underpaid for the too-much-time that I'm spending. It's my choice to go slow (actually I could never be a "fast writer," I'm just not adept at it). But I'm not here to do free volunteer work. I do free work for charity organizations, not for academic researchers.
