Does anyone else use outlook in a web browser? it's what used to be hotmail, it seems they updated it yesterday and now dark mode doesn't work and the customizable themes are gone. It's driving me crazy having a bright email inbox lol

 

In a staggering moment of breathtaking stupidity I managed to change the passwords to my MTurk account AND Gmail...and then lose them. Neither was tied to a phone number.

I called Amazon and they wouldn't change the email despite me knowing everything about the account. They suggested calling Google (not open until tomorrow). I tried the recovery steps: it asked me for the last PW that I remember and then just said "we couldn't verify it is you." Anyone have any creative ideas or am I royally screwed?

 

Tbh I have no clue but I have to ask how the heck did you find a phone # to call google at?
