    Nowhere in my comment did I speak about starving children in Africa, I was talking about wage standards in the United States and the effort many people go through in the US to make 10 to 12 dollars an hour.

    You made the same essential argument. "Some people have it worse, so you have no right to complain."

    I like to buy leafy greens to eat raw, cuz nutritious and easy. I like kale. I bought what I thought was a ton of kale. Turns out it was mustard greens. Holy shit mustard greens are intense and pungent. I think first time I ever had them. How do I cook this so it can be eaten? It's not very acceptable to eat raw. So strong.

    I bought a metric shit ton.

    Help

    @Hummingbirdee ?

    I get a big pot and start with chicken broth/stock. Cook some down and add to the pot as I can. Mine are not healthy though, salt pork or bacon, balsamic, honey, salt, pepper.

    Your veggies have plenty of water now so why do you need bottles as well?

    Looks like you got more snow than me. :O. Fuckin spring.

    Thankfully I have most of my veggies in my window sill still until they get bigger. Except - pumpkin, green beans, romaine, and broccoli were out in the raised bed already, but I dug up and brought thsoe inside last night. They were still small enough to do so easily

    I covered my mammoth sunflowers that I had put in the ground last week with upside down buckets. should be fine I hope

    Hopefully yours make it. If not, it's still early and not too late to start more seedlings thankfully.
