    FOR MUSTARD GREENZ

    Big pot with about a cup of broth and some buttah/bacon fat. Start adding greens til they wilt and keep adding. You really don't want them SWIMMING in liquid, but you want them MOIST.

    Salt, pepper, garlic, vinegar (malt), chopped onion. You get the drift.

    Eat a bowl and become a real southern belle.

    I’ve used this recipe a ton of times with great success: https://www.budgetbytes.com/vegetarian-mustard-greens/

    I’ve used them for bimibap and had good success that way. They go well in frittata/quiche as well, as long as you sauté them first. You can add them to stuff like bean stew/soups and meatballs and such, but you’d wanna blanch them first and then cook them to cut the bitterness.

    windows + shift + s

    I fail to see how that is more steps. There is also a setting in windows to rebind print screen to the snipping tool I believe.
