My sleep schedule lasted all of 3 days.

Damn, that must be hell to deal with all the time, sorry. Hopefully things will start looking better for you soon. Glad you're staying positive and even finding humor in the whole thing tho. Here's another hug for you even tho you said you didn't need it.

 

You could just come up with some kind of schedule where you really try to adhere to an 8-hour-a-night schedule on weekdays, but allow yourself to stay up late on the weekends. Kind of think of it as doing something good for yourself with the bonus of looking forward to having your own personal slumber party on the weekend as kind of a reward.

If you're a night owl, it's probably gonna be kind of hard to break out of that, though (I'm a bit of a night owl, too, and understand).

The key is to take 8 pills to counteract the morning ones. Then take more morning ones to counteract the night ones.. I'm not sure where this cycle ends but my pee is twitch streamer expensive rn

 

eggs contain tryptophan or whatever that makes people sleepy. also pizza makes people really, really tired depending on your age.

That's smart! I'll have to think about that. And no, I'm not really a night owl, I'm just used to sleeping for like 1-5 hours a night, so I feel like I'm losing so much time by sleeping.

I think if you switch breakfast food to dinner and dinner food to breakfast, that would help. idk why things that cause sleepiness are considered breakfast foods.

 

I made tacos and guac for lunch. I think I might make breakfast tacos for dinner . I'm sure it won't put me to sleep though
