    They actually responded to my email earlier today fairly quickly, which was really surprising. I faxed them my ID information, so maybe I should find something else to do instead of waiting impatiently for them. I'll keep that in mind about sending them a message on Twitter if I need to. Even though I work on mturk regularly, it seems like my account in particular shouldn't throw any red flags for them, so I think you may be right about how random it is.

    Don't recall, was a couple years ago now. It was completely useless anyway. They had no control at all. They said, "just make a new account" like how would that work? They can't verify my identity now, but can if I make a new account?
