05/07 - Starfighter Friday

For some reason, the dubs on Netflix are just never that good. If I sit down to watch something, I'm usually actively watching it, so I don't mind subtitles. For a few shows, I could tell the subtitles were missing a few bits of dialogue, so I turned on the subs. They were sooo bad bro! Original track FTW!

Added Dark and Rain to my watching list.

I am personally a huge fan of Asian horror specifically. They just create an eerie atmosphere like no other in my opinion.

I am a huge fan of the first two Ju-On movies, and the original Ring. They have such a dreadful feeling all the way through them that I have only ever seen created that way in Asian horror. It is hard to explain but it works, at least for me.

 

I like Italian horror. Just extravagant gore and the feeling that you've done some kind of terrible hallucinogen.
