Well there a problem with that...she's the one with the car and can actually go to the store without having bad anxiety so that means..no red meat

red meat can be pretty bad for you, especially if you have high blood pressure, kidney problems, etc and stuff like that.

Red meat is delicious, but think of it as a silver lining. You're probably eating healthier.

I gave up all meat except for fish once every couple weeks or so for several years, and it was the healthiest I ever felt. I eat meat again now though.

Now that I'm becoming old- I really should start being more careful and monitor what I eat.

 

I'm going to eat red meat till the day I die. I'm going to die anyways, why not enjoy it? I'm not saying go eat butter covered steak every day, but you wont find me turning one down.

 

The problem isn't really red meat or that meat is bad for you. The problem is the typical American excess to which we eat meat. A vegetarian diet isn't really all that healthy either.
