    I have high blood pressure that requires a lot of meds because of my anxiety. Even on 3 hardcore meds it will be 170+ over about 89 when I have to go to the dr.s office. It gets up so high my doctor is really concerned about me having a stroke

    as someone who comes from a family with a long history of kidney problems. It's both not only about how much I eat, but actually what I eat.

    My gf sleeps most days because she works 11pm to 10am 4 nights a week so when my mom takes me to my doctors appointments twice a month , sometimes I have her drive me by Hardees and get a Bacon Swiss burger - yum

    I am on a Beta Blocker called Propranalol that controls my pulse really well. The side effect is I dont really have a good fight or flight reaction. I had a guy working on my house and he installed my shutters with drywall screws even though I told him the right way previously. I saw it on the cameras and went out and told him he owed me a new set of shutters. Him and his helper both acted like they were going to fight me and I didnt get excited whatsoever. I was like hmmmm, this might not be good in certain circumstances. I had doc take me down to just one a day - lol

    I went on a low sodium diet and there a really good foods out there with low sodium. Campbells chunky soup heart healthy line has some good ones and all the lean cuisine are low sodium
